The Bloom-Carroll Local School District is located in Fairfield County and covers 54 square miles emcompassing parts of Bloom, Greenfield, Violet, and Liberty Townships as well as the Villages of Lithopolis and Carroll.
Carroll and Lithopolis are growing communities with small town appeal located between the cities of Lancaster and Columbus, Ohio.
The Bloom-Carroll Local District consists of four buildings:
- ESC Learning Steps Preschool & Learning Center (Preschool) in Lithopolis
- Bloom-Carroll Elementary School (Grades K-5) in Greenfield Township
- Bloom-Carroll Middle School (Grades 6-8) in Carroll
- Bloom-Carroll High School (Grades 9-12) in Carroll
